Will be discussing social regeneration and the help that the Gateway can provide.

Job Centre Plus

Jayne Faulkner, Childcare Partnership Manager

Will provide information and guidance about the services Job Centre Plus offers with

the aim of helping more people into paid work and the provision of help and support

people are entitled to if they can’t work.

Next Steps

Sue Hunt, Delivery Team Leader

Next Steps is a free, friendly service that offers face to face help and advice on

training, learning and the world of work to those aged 20 or over, or 18/19 if referred

by Job Centre Plus.

Citizens Advice Bureau

Jan Stewart, District Manager

Will discuss their service which provides free, independent, confidential and

impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities.
