Tim Ingleton, Head of Regeneration, Dover District Council, will provide an overview of regeneration and accessibility in the Deal and Walmer area.

Challenges and Opportunities for Education in the district

Dave Robinson, Regeneration Manager, Dover District Council,will outline the challenges and opportunities for education and skills in the district.

7.

Views for the future of the Deal and Walmer area

Peter Yull, Vice Chairman, Deal Chamber of Commerce will present its views for the future of the Deal and Walmer area.

Group Sessions

The presenters will then join the audience for round table discussions (20 mins at each table).  This provides the opportunity to question and discuss in greater depth the issues and wishes of the people within the Deal and Walmer areas.

Summary of the Evening

Brief feedback from the tables on what was discussed and if any actions are to be taken away from the meeting.

10.

Small Community Capital Project Grants

Brief update from KCC on the applications received to date for the Deal and Walmer Neighbourhood Forum.

There will be an opportunity for questions throughout the course of the meeting
