As Cabinet Member for Planning, Highways, Transport and Waste, I agree to provide the Director of Highways, Transportation & Waste delegated authority to enter into appropriate contractual arrangements for the provision of professional, technical and environmental services, in accordance with the expectations set out in the accompanying exempt report.
