County Council to agree to the establishment of a Health & Wellbeing Board (HWB) as a committee of the County Council to operate in shadow form, in line with the Authority being accepted as an HWB early implementer by the Department of Health, and ahead of the commencement of statutory powers to the committee on Royal Assent and enactment of the Health and Social Care Bill.
