Minutes - 12 September 2007 Minutes: RESOLVED that the Minutes of the meeting held on 12 September 2007 are correctly recorded and that they be signed by the Chairman, subject to the words in Minute 18(b) being amended to read “Equality and Diversity training be made compulsory for all managers involved in recruitment panels “and the addition of “(d) at least one Member being trained in equality and diversity when appointed to serve on interview panels.”
