The Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Finance and Procurement has taken a decision to complete a new financial transaction in order to facilitate the property acquisition and associated benefits of the creation of business and community space contained within the original decision 13/00020.
The Cabinet Member for Business Strategy, Performance and Health Reform, has agreed to the acquisition of the West Kent Key Office Hub under the office transformation program now known as New Ways of Working and the disposal of existing accommodation linked to this as appropriate.
