KCC are ending their funding and have no alternative strategy in place, now their attempt to make probation pay have failed. We ask KCC to bring together all stakeholders as soon as possible to find a solution, as all agree this provision is vital. If services must close then KCC needs to assume its responsibility in managing a safe exit for current clients.
