As Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care, I agree to:

 

a)    Incorporate the 24/7 Telephone Service, Homelessness Support Service, Service User Expenses, Supported Accommodation and Debt Counselling into the Live Well Kent Contract; and

b)    Delegate authority to the Corporate Director of Adult Social Care and Health, or other nominated officer, to undertake the actions necessary to implement the decision.
