Purpose:

The weekly pitch fee for the expanded Coldharbour site, Aylesford, Tonbridge & Malling, new pitches due to open late in 2012.

 

How the decision  relates to BS4K and Corporate Objectives:

 

The completed project which expands the site from 8 to 26 pitches will help  tackle disadvantage within the Gypsy and Traveller community.

 

Impact/costs and risks of proposed decision:

 

The pitch fee will fund the maintenance and management of the new site, and repay much of the prudential borrowing used to pay a large part of the costs of the new site.
