The overarching project ‘New Ways of Working’ of which this Hub is a part was previously known as the New Work Spaces programme and was submitted to the Policy and Resources Cabinet Committee in October 2012, and approved under decision 12/01970 by Roger Gough on 01 February 2013.
This decision cannot reasonably be deferred until the next meeting of the Policy and Resources Cabinet Committee as to do so would put at risk the best interests of the Council and therefore it will be reported retrospectively. Local procedures for such circumstances will be applied. All statutory requirements will be fulfilled.

addition a full staff consultation will be undertaken.
