Financial Implications:
Capital expenditure for the project will be funded from developer
contributions and basic need capital budget. Details will be
outlined in the report submitted to the Cabinet Member for
Education Health and Reform.
Legal Implications:
KCC will seek expressions of interest to establish an Academy/Free
School in accordance with Section 6A of the Education and
Inspections Act 2006 and the Academy/Free School presumption
guidance (October 2014).
Equality Implications:
An Equality Impact Assessment will be completed as part of the
proposal.
