Reason for urgency:
The proposed decision, including necessary prescribed information, has been published on the councils website for (more than) 28 days as required by The Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) England Regulations 2012. However it was not correctly merged into the FED document until the 18 May 2015. It is considered that the alternative publication location will satisfy the statutory procedures on this occassion and the genreal exception procedure will not be invoked.
