Financial Implications: The value of the proposed contract is between £1.5m (for three years) and £2.3m (for five years).

The proposed decision was discussed at the Adult Social Care and Health Cabinet Committee on 12 July 2016. It was endorsed, with a condition being added to the first recommendation that current grant funding arrangements to Local Infrastructure Organisations will not end until there is first a good model of alternative delivery in place.

Infrastructure organisations have been engaged in discussions through market engagement processes. This is not a person-focused service.
