On 15 December 2015 - the Commissioning Plan
for Education Provision 2016-20 was endorsed by the Cabinet
Committee prior to the final version being considered and approved
by Cabinet on 21 March 2016.
In accordance with the Department for Education’s Statutory
Guidance (April 2016): Making ‘prescribed alterations’
to maintained schools, there is no need to undertake a formal
statutory process as the proposed changes do not exceed 25% of the
schools total capacity. However, the school will be consulting with
parents regarding the proposed changes.
There will also be a planning application process which will
provide all interested parties with an opportunity to respond
direct.
