Consultation process
There was a full Public Consultation undertaken in accordance with KCC policy. 600 documents were circulated and a Public meeting was held. The Public Notice was issued on 21 September 2006 and it received no challenges. The decision to agree the proposal was made by John Simmonds in December 2006.

Cllr John Muckle (local Member), all other Members in the Dartford Area, Dr Howard Stoate MP, Dartford West Cluster Board, Dartford Borough Council, Parish Councillors, Diocesan Authorities, Parents and staff of the neighbouring schools and the local community.
Financial implications: The Public Consultation closed on 27 July 2006.
