Purpose:

The Cabinet Member for Corporate and Democratic Services is asked to authorise the Director of Infrastructure in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Corporate and Democratic Services to award the contract for the provision of LAN Maintenance support services for existing infrastructure, the procurement of new LAN hardware to deliver network solutions to KCC including the necessary contractual negotiations and enter into any subsequent necessary legal agreements.

 

 

Decision:

As Cabinet Member for Corporate and Democratic Services I authorise the Director of Infrastructure, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Corporate and Democratic Services, to award the contract for the provision of LAN Maintenance support services for existing infrastructure, the procurement of new LAN hardware to deliver network solutions to KCC including the necessary contractual negotiations and enter into any subsequent necessary legal agreements.
