Purpose:

To seek approval to extend the current contract for up to 12 months pending competitive tender of the public health commissioned services delivered by KCHT during 2014/15.

 

Decision:

As Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care and Public Health, I agree for KCC to extend the existing contract with Kent Community Health Trust to deliver the services outlined in the attached report, thus ensuring continuity of service whilst competitive tendering processes are prepared and followed.
