KCC has a duty to consult upon and adopt, a Post 16 Transport Policy Statement annually.
The policy statement sets out how the Council will meet its statutory obligations to consider applications for support relating to transport needs and enable access to education.

The Cabinet Member for Education and Health Reform has agreed the KCC Post-16 Transport Policy Statement for 2015/16
