Approval to grant a lease in excess of 20 years to Wyvern School, for continued occupation of accommodation, having regard to the School’s recent change in status from a Community School to a Foundation School. 

Decision:

As Cabinet Member for Corporate and Democratic Services, I agree to the County Council granting a lease to the Governing Body of Wyvern School, Ashford, on terms to be finalised by the Director of Infrastructure
