The Chairman referred to the size of the published agenda papers for the meeting and the problems this causes with Members’ capacity to read and consider all the information in the time available, as well as officer workloads and the associated costs of printing and posting such large documents. He asked that alternative methods of sharing documents be explored, eg depositing documents in the Members’ room at Sessions House.
