38.	Minutes The Committee is asked to agree that the Chairman sign the minutes of the meeting as a correct record after the meeting on behalf of the Committee. Minutes: RESOLVED that the Chairman be authorised to sign the Minutes of this meeting as a correct record on behalf of the Committee.

Appointment of Director of Early Help and Preventative Services 08.30 – Panel Briefing 09.00 – Interview(s) Minutes: (1) Members of the Personnel Committee had before them the job description and supporting information on the candidates who had been called for interview for the post of Early Help and Preventative Services. (2) Feedback was provided on the meetings with Stakeholders. Decision (3) RESOLVED that Florence Krollbe appointed to the post of Director of Early Help and Preventative Services.
