EXEMPT BUSINESS

Minutes:

RESOLVED that under Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 and 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

Top tier restructure- outcomes

Minutes:

(1)       Mrs Beer introduced a report which provided an update on the personnel outcomes of the top tier restructure proposals that were approved by the County Council on 13 December 2013.

 

(2)     Mr Watts and Mrs Beer proved a verbal update on the report and answered questions of clarification from Members.

 

(3)     Following this Mr Hill was invited into the meeting and allowed to address the Committee he then withdrew from the meeting prior to the Committee discussion on this item.

 

(3)     RESOLVED that the report be noted and that no changes to the action being taken in relation to the outstanding matter reported to the Committee were required.
