Exclusion of the Press and Public RESOLVED that under Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1, 2 and 5 of part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

Staffing Issues Minutes: 1. Mrs Beer tabled an exempt report at the meeting and the Chair allowed Members time to read and digest its content. Mrs Beer then gave an introduction and, with Mr Watts and Mr Royel, responded to comments and questions of detail from the Committee. RESOLVED, that, by majority, Members chose to pursue one of the options outlined in the paper. |
