Lynn Catt, Area Manager for KCC East Kent Libraries and Jackie Taylor-Smith, District Manager for KCC Libraries in Thanet will provide an update on the project, the indicative opening date and share the plans for the new library.

Seamus Cleary, the Interim Chief Executive of East Kent Opportunities (which is the KCC/TDC joint venture) will give an update on current progress on the emerging master plan.  Further information is available at www.eurokent.org

Mick Sutch, Head of Planning and Transport Strategy will give a brief presentation on the proposals for CTRL Domestic Services from Thanet starting in December 2009
