5.	The Later Life Strategy Presentation by Robert Hardy, Director of Improvement and Engagement, on the “Later Life Strategy”, an overarching strategy for older people in Kent. The Strategy document summarises how people in Kent want to live their later lives and what they want from public and community services and facilities. The Strategy will be explained in full and questions will be encouraged.
6.	National Year of Reading Gill Bromley, Strategic Manager Kent Libraries, will explain about the National Year of Reading and issues of literacy and reading in the District. She will ask questions and facilitate debate to get new ideas and explore actions and activities that might be arranged by Libraries throughout the year to help support literacy improvement.
7.	Small Community Capital Project Grant and Local Schemes Grant Discussion of grants available and invitation to apply.
