Agenda and minutes

(1)       The Panel Members had visited the application site prior to its original consideration of the application in February 2008.

(2)       Mr J M K Tucker addressed the Panel in support of the application.

(3)       Mr I S Chittenden moved, seconded by Mr T Gates that the recommendations of the Director of Environment and Waste be agreed.

                                                            Carried unanimously

(4)       RESOLVED that:-

(a)      for the reasons stated in the Inspector’s report dated 27 January 2009, the applicant be informed that the application to register the land at Hartley Woods, Hartley has been accepted; and

(b)       the land subject to the application be formally registered as a Village Green.

(2)       RESOLVED that:-

(a)               the applicant be informed that the application to register the land known as Derringstone Green at Barham has been accepted; and

(b)               the land subject to the application be formally registered as a Village Green.
