Motion to exclude the Press and Public That under Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

Interviews for Director of Education Planning and Access 12.30pm Briefing
1.00Pm Interviews Minutes: (1) Members of the Committee had before them the application forms and supporting information on the candidate who had been called for interview for the post of Director Education Planning and Access.
(2) Following the interview the Committee discussed the performance and merits of the candidate.
(3) The Committee came to the following unanimous decision.
(4) RESOLVED that Keith Abbott be appointed to the post of Director of Education Planning and Access
