RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 11 November 2025 are correctly recorded and that they be signed by the Chair.

Motion to exclude the Press and Public

That under Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

Interviews for Corporate Director of Adult Social Care and Health

(Mr Watts and Ms Gubbins were in attendance to present feedback from the Stakeholder Groups only)

 

(1)          Members of the Panel had before them the application forms and supporting information on the candidate who had been called for interview for the post of Corporate Director of Adult Social Care and Health.

 

(2)          Following the interview the Panel discussed the views received from the Stakeholder Panels and the performance and merits of the candidate.

 

(3)          The Panel came to the following decision.

 

RESOLVED that no appointment would be made to the post of Corporate Director of Adult Social Care and Health at this current time.
