To consider and approve the final version of the Select Committee’s report for publication to Cabinet and County Council

(1)          The Committee considered the final draft of their report produced by Mr Thomas-Sam and his colleagues taking into account amendments discussed following the comments from Mr Oakford, Mr Ireland and Mr Segurola.

(2)          The forward path for this report was confirmed as Cabinet on 30 November for noting and County Council on 10 December for endorsement.

(3)          RESOLVED that;

(a)   the key findings and recommendations in the Executive Summary (version 3) be approved subject to the minor amendments agreed by the Select Committee ;

(b)  approval of the full report be delegated to Michael Thomas-Sam in consultation with the Chairman of the Committee.
