PDF 175 KB Minutes: (1) The Committee considered the final draft of their report, which incorporated the amendments agreed by the Committee following consideration of comments made by the relevant Cabinet Members and senior officers. (2) The forward path for this report was confirmed as Cabinet on 23 September 2019, for noting, and County Council on 17 October, for endorsement. (3) The Committee considered the final draft and in particular discussed the effectiveness of recommendation 6. (4) The Chairman commended Members for their hard work and thanked officers for their support to the Committee. (5) RESOLVED that the Select Committee’s report, circulated with the agenda, be approved as the final version and that it be submitted to Cabinet for noting and County Council for endorsement.
