Minutes:
RESOLVED that:-
(a) permission be granted to the proposal subject to conditions including conditionscovering thestandard 5year timelimit; the development being carried outinaccordancewith the permitteddetails; the submission andapproval ofdetailsofall constructionmaterials to be used externally; hoursofworking duringconstructionbeingrestrictedto between the hoursof0800 and 1800 on Mondaysto Fridaysand between the hoursof0900 and1300on Saturdays, with nooperationson Sundaysor BankHolidays; the submission of a School Travel Plan prior to occupation of the extension and its ongoing review; the submission of a Construction Management Plan providingdetailsofmethods and hoursofworking to avoid peakschool times, location of site compounds,location of operative/visitorparkingon site,detailsofon-siteprovision to accommodate operatives and construction vehicles loading,off-loadingandturning, detailsofsite securityand safetymeasures, lorrywaitingandwheel cleaning facilities,and details of anyconstruction access; the provision oftheon-site parking areaspriortooccupation of the extension and their retention thereafter; the provision ofcycle parkingpriortotheoccupation of the extensionand retention thereafter; the submission for approval in writing of detailsfor the ecological buffer zone,howitwould beprotected, the locationofreplacementbatboxes; the implementation of therecommendationsset out in the Ecological Appraisal; workbeing carried out in accordance with the Arboricultural Report with the new treesbeing ofa native species; the submission for written approval of detailsfora scheme of floodresistance andresiliencemeasures as set outinthe Flood Risk Assessment; and thesubmission for written approval ofa fullydetailedsustainablesurfacewaterdrainageschemeforthe site and itsongoing maintenance; and
(b) the applicants be advised by Informative that:-
(i) they should register the School Travel Plan with Kent County Council through the “Jambusters” website;
(ii) theyshould ensurethatallnecessaryhighwayapprovalsandconsentsare obtained; and
(iii) they should ensurethatworksto treesare carriedoutoutsideofthebreedingbirdseasonand, if this isnot possible, an ecologist should examine the sitepriortoworkscommencing.
