Minutes:

RESOLVED that:-

 

(a)          theapplicationbe referred to theSecretaryof State for Communitiesand Local Governmentand that subject to hisdecision,permission be granted to the proposal subject to conditions, including conditions covering thestandard5 year timelimit; thedevelopment being carriedout inaccordancewiththepermitteddetails; thesubmissionofdetailsof allmaterialstobe usedexternally,includingthedetailsof the roofmaterial; a schemeoflandscaping,includingdetailsof species,source,locationof saplingstobe plantedtogether with mitigation and visualimpactinformation, hard surfacing,itsimplementationand maintenance, which referencestheCanterbury Landscapeand Biodiversity Appraisal; measures toprotect those trees tobe retained; no tree removal taking place duringthebirdbreedingseason; the provisionand permanent retentionofvehicleparkingspaces; the provisionand permanent retentionofvehicleloading/unloadingand  turningfacilities; the completionand maintenanceoftheaccessof the dropoff facility; the installation of drop-off gatestoopen awayfrom the highwayand to besetbacka minimum of 5 metres; the provisionand maintenanceofthevisibilitysplayswith noobstructionsover0.6metres above thecarriageway levelwithin thesplays; hoursofworkingduringconstructionbeingrestrictedtobetweenthehoursof0800 and 1800 on MondaystoFridaysand betweenthehoursof0900 and1300 onSaturdays,withno operationson SundaysandBankHolidays; measures topreventmudand debrisbeing takenontothepublichighway; thesubmissionofa constructionmanagementplan,includingaccess,parkingand circulationwithinthesite for contractors and othervehiclesrelated to construction operations; and thesubmissionofa revisedSchoolTravel Plan; and

 

(b)       theSchoolbe advised by Informative  thattherevisedTravelPlan should  be  registered  with  the  County  Council’s  new  School  Travel  Plan   website  Jambusterstoassistwithits updating, monitoringand futurereview.
