RESOLVED that permission be granted to the variation of Condition1 ofPermission DA/13/140toallow the continuationofrestorationoperationsuntil31 May2020 subject to conditions, including conditions coveringtheinfillingand restorationofthesitebeing completedby 31May2020;  the  re-imposition  of  all  other  conditions  previously  imposed  on  Permission DA/13/140(updatedandamendedas necessarytoreflectany detailsapproved pursuant to thispermission)including landfilling  operations  being  restrictedto  between  0730  and  1700  hours on MondaystoFridaysand between0730 and1300 hourson Saturdays with no operationstakingplaceon Sundaysand Public Holidays; a maximum of 158 HGVmovementsper day; pollutionpreventioncontrol measures; implementationoftheapprovedecologicalmitigationstrategy; deliveryof asurfacewater management scheme; maintenance  and  continued  operation  of  the  landfill  gas  monitoring  and collectionsystem; noisecontrolsat sensitiveproperties; and the submissionand implementationofa finalmanagement plan.
