To agree to proceed with the procurement of a Total Facilities Management (TFM) Service
In order to achieve this, authority will be delegated to the Director of Property and Infrastructure Support to finalise terms as part of the procurement process and in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Business Strategy, Performance and Health reform to award and enter into contracts with the company which submits the successful tender.
