Following the receipt of responses to the statutory notice the Cabinet Member for Education and Health Reform has considered any new information and has agreed to relocate Laleham Gap (Special) School, Margate and increase the designated number from 152 to 170.
To seek approval for the relocation of Laleham Gap Special Needs School and the authority to carry out necessary statutory requirements to that end – including the issuing of a Public Notice.
Should no new objections be raised during the statutory notice period, not further action will be taken and the decision will be implemented.
