As Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care and Public Health, I agree for KCC to extend the existing contract with Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust to deliver the services outlined in the attached report, thus ensuring continuity of service whilst competitive tendering processes are prepared and followed.
