As Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care and Public Health, I AGREE to the refurbishment of the Gravesend SEC and further development of community opportunities, subject to:-
i) No changes to the service will be made until after replacements are up and running; and
ii) The refurbishment being done so that the parts used by adults with learning disabilities are refurbished in the first phase.
