As Cabinet Member for Specialist Children’s Services, I agree to
1) The closure of the Millibank Reception & Assessment Centre
2) The commissioning of suitable alternative accommodation
3) Delegate to the Corporate Director for Social Care, Health and Wellbeing, or other nominated officer, the implementation of this decision.
