As Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care and Public Heath I:
1) ENDORSE the Better Care Fund Plan that has been agreed by the Health & Wellbeing Board.
2) AGREE that Kent County Council will enter into a Section 75 agreement with Kent Clinical Commissioning Groups which will formalise the implementation of the Better Care Fund and establish the required pooled fund.
3) DELEGATE authority to the Corporate Director for Social Care, Health and Wellbeing or other suitable delegated officer to arrange the sealing of the Section 75 agreement in line with the details set out in the recommendation report.
