As Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care and Public Health, I agree that the County Council extend the current contracts for the Living Well/Ageing Well services, outlined in the attached recommendation report, to 30th September 2016, to allow for harmonisation of the contract end dates, prior to a transformation of the approach and subsequent competitive tender services.
