As Cabinet Member for Economic Development, I agree to delegate authority tothe Corporate Director Growth, Environment and Transport and the Corporate Director Finance and Procurement, to negotiate and execute legal and/or partnership agreements for the delivery of the Dartford Town Centre scheme.
