As Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care and subject to the outcome of formal consultation, I agree to:
a) Re-provide the Independent Living Service through alternative services to meet the current assessed need for those individuals who currently access the service; and
b) Delegate authority to the Corporate Director of Adult Social Care and Health, or other nominated officer, to undertake the necessary actions to implement the decision.
