The Cabinet Member for Children, Young People and Education is asked to:
a) Agree to procure a new contract for Independent Adoption & Special Guardianship Order Support Services; and
b) Delegate authority tothe Corporate Director of Children, Young People & Education, or other nominated officer,to undertake the necessary actions toimplement thedecision.
