The aim of the ePetition is to create awareness of this situation and increase the infant class intake to eliminate the stress that many families in the Bearsted, Madginford, Weavering and Grove Green areas are currently experiencing.
On reaching 1000 signatures the matter will be referred to the most appropriate local level meeting (e.g. Local Board, Locality Board or Joint Transportation Board)

A paper petition has also been submitted which contains 373 signatures and therefore this has triggered a debate at a County Council meeting.
