I am contacting you because I have witnessed far too many near misses with pedestrians crossing in the crossing mentioned above. It is currently a crossing where you can walk to the middle and then to the other side. But I believe there should be extra security, whether it's a zebra crossing, a pedestrian-operated traffic light or some sort of warning light. It is dangerous and it would be sad to wait for something awful to happen to do something about this.
