We the undersigned petition the council to Following the recent news of a child's body being recovered from a pond, as a father I can't imagine the pain the family is going through. I propose that safety fences be installed around areas with access to deep water. Especially in residential areas. For example the lake in Little Burton area in Kennington, Ashford which is situated 30 seconds away from a children's park.
