To reduce the level of discount available to all learners over 60 for courses starting after 30 August 2011.

Current service users over 60, community groups and organisations serving or representing the interests of older people and the general public in all Districts.    NB.  A  variety of  exercises   seeking the views of  1734 older students  and non-users have already been conducted  within the research project undertaken to inform this proposal.
