It has been established that authority already exists to enable operation of the Cyclopark by either an external operator or by an independent company with charitable status or Industrial and Proivident Society. This to be taken forward following formal decisions by the Cabinet Member for Environment, Highways and Waste, and the Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Economic Development in November 2010 (Ref: 10/01494), and by the Cabinet Member for Environment, Highways and Waste in August 2011 (Ref: 11/01721).
