Financial implications: Rebecca Spore, Director of Property & Infrastructure Support Rebecca.spore@kent.gov.uk

Legal implications: 12/01837

Equalities implications: This proposal seeks to combine surplus assets where appropriate to market them for private sector developers to drive value from these assets but in turn through the OJEU process new operational facilities can be provided. A key decision is required as the new facilities will be from a number of frontline service directorates.
