    Delegation to Kent and Medway Fire Authority of Duties and responsibilities under the Safety at Sports Grounds Act 1975, the Fire Safety and Safety of Places of Sport Act 1987 and the Safety of Sports Grounds Regulations 1987 - 12/01916

    The Leader of Kent County Council is asked to:

    Approve the delegation to Kent and Medway Fire Authority of KCC‘s duties and responsibilities under the Safety at Sports Grounds Act 1975, the Fire Safety and Safety of Places of Sport Act 1987 and the Safety of Sports Grounds Regulations 1987 and confirm that this delegation is retrospective to 1 April 1998.
